TLC Thunder and Lightning Customs

For 6 years TLC was the first to build aftermarket highway bars for the Indian Challengers, we quickly branched into the Thunderstroke heavyweight motorcycles and now we've added the 25 and up Scouts to the lineup.

TLC Thunder & Lightning Customs is owned and operated by Rick Hartman, a motorcycle enthusiast of 50 years with decades of experience in machine design, machine building, manufacturing and aerospace welding.

We use a custom blended powder to powder coat out parts that was designed for automotive undercarriage components for extra durability. All of our materials and components are 100% U.S. made and manufactured.

Each component is double checked for powder quality and is checked on a fixture before shipping for hole alignment.
